Every plan collects every metric — CPU, iowait, temperature, RAM, swap, each disk partition, each network interface and mdadm RAID. Plans differ in how many servers and people you get, how long history is kept, and which alert channels are available.

In every plan
- All metrics, all graph ranges from 1 hour to 30 days.
- Organization-wide default alert rules, overridable per server.
- Maintenance mode to mute a host while you work on it.
- Roles from owner to read-only viewer, and an audit trail of who changed what.

Billing, honestly
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe's secure checkout — card details never touch our servers. Subscribe from the billing page once you are signed in; the plan activates the moment Stripe confirms the payment, and you can drop back to the free plan at any time. Downgrades are refused while your usage is still above the smaller plan's limits — the billing page tells you exactly what to remove first. And if a paid plan is not what you expected, every payment carries a 15-day refund policy — let us know within 15 days of the charge at [email protected] and we refund it in full.
