SRVCheck.com ("SRVCheck") is a server resource monitoring platform operated by EXTRAVM LLC ("EXTRAVM", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the website at https://srvcheck.com and the associated monitoring agent software and platform (together, the "Service").

EXTRAVM LLC is the legal entity responsible for the Service and is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy, except where stated otherwise in Section 5.

By creating an account or installing the SRVCheck agent, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

EXTRAVM LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of Delaware, United States 1151 Walker Rd Ste 100 PMB 262 Dover, DE 19904 Email: [email protected]

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

When you register, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company or organisation name, and billing details where a paid plan is used. Payment details are not stored on our paltform, and are strictly handled by the payment processor, Stripe.com.

2.2 Server metrics collected by the agent

The SRVCheck agent runs on Linux and Windows servers that you control and transmits operational telemetry to our platform. Depending on your configuration, this may include:

The agent does not read, transmit, or store the contents of your files, databases, application data, environment variables, credentials, or user data residing on your servers. It collects operational resource metrics only.

You should be aware that hostnames, process names, and command-line arguments may incidentally reveal information about your infrastructure. We recommend you avoid embedding secrets in process arguments on monitored hosts.

2.3 Alerting and notification data

To deliver alerts we store your configured thresholds and the contact destinations you supply, such as email addresses, phone numbers for SMS, webhook URLs, or third-party chat integration identifiers.

2.4 Website and usage data

When you use the web dashboard we collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We also record security-relevant events such as login attempts, API key usage, and changes to account settings.

2.5 Support communications

If you contact us for support, we may retain your correspondence and any information you choose to include in it.

2.6 Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service, including session authentication and security.

Your monitoring data is confidential. Our staff may access statistical and metric data associated with your account only where necessary to:

4. We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, licence, or trade your data. We do not share your monitoring data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use your data to train machine learning models offered to other customers.

The only circumstances in which your information leaves our direct control are:

Service providers (sub-processors). We rely on a limited number of vendors to run the Service - for example delivery for alerts, error monitoring, and payment processing.

Third-party integrations you configure. If you connect the Service to an external destination such as a webhook endpoint, Slack, PagerDuty, or similar, we will transmit alert data to that destination at your direction. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Security

We protect your data using measures including encryption in transit (TLS) between the agent, the dashboard, and our platform; per-account API keys and tokens that you can revoke at any time; role-based access controls and logging of internal access; regular patching of our infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and any relevant supervisory authority without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not process sensitive personal information for purposes of inferring characteristics.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify account holders by email or through the dashboard. The "last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision.
